By the way, I’ve got this thing about “website” which I prefer to spell “web site” because it’s prettier. Is that bad?

don’t worry, there doesn’t seem to be any consensus on this.
however, i prefer ‘website’ as it reflects how common the word has become. (remember the days when it was capitalized, ‘Web site’ – we don’t do that anymore either, do we? ;)
